The DC 120 pulsed bag filter is a dust removal unit with high dust removal efficiency, stable operation, reliable performance and convenient maintenance. It can be widely used in dust removal systems for Dry mix loading in Concrete plants, metallurgy, machinery, chemical industry, electric power, building materials and other industries. The equipment has the following main features:
The dust removal equipment utilizes high efficiency and low consumption spraying devices, which incorporates low pressure and short pulse spraying technology.
The filter bags are fixed firmly, easy to disassemble and assemble. The filter bag is embedded in the bag support plate with an elastic rising ring sewn at the mouth of the bag, thus completely eliminating dust leakage. It is convenient to disassemble and assemble the filter bag, and the contact with the bag is short and pollution-free.
This product uses submerged pulse valves, which reduces the pressure from the air source and the energy consumption of equipment operation, extends the service life of filter bag and pulse valve, and greatly improves the comprehensive technical performance.
The dust collector itself has no transmission parts, so it only needs normal service inspection during operation, and basically has no maintenance requirements.
